CANCELLATION POLICY

COVID update-  are feeling unwell, PLEASE cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible.  Let's stay healthy together!

Sometimes life happens, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for recognizing that time is valuable to both of us. As a courtesy, a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours before your appointment, there will be no charge for the service. A first occurrence late (within 24 hours) appointment cancel/reschedule may be charged 50% of the service fee, and reoccurring late cancels, late rescheduling, or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. All clients are required to have a valid credit card saved on file to hold appointments.
